My connection keeps failing and my speeds are slower than guaranteed. I have opened a case (ref REP-15663442) and have received an email advising more home tests are required. The email says I will receive instructions "shortly". Email sent 13.01 Friday. No further communication.
Any help appreciated

Thanks for your suggestion. Tried the reboot but speed still the same. Connection hasn't failed for a while, but seems erratic.

Hi @davidfawthrop your post has been escalated but given the bank holiday responses may be delayed.
Have you tried a 30 minute reboot of your router? This can reset your profile at the exchange and improve things. Once is enough as multiple attempts could reduce speeds.
