Hi.

After few months with good service my speed has fallen and is floating all day.

If you'd like us to go ahead with the engineer visit can you confirm:
 

  • That you accept potential Engineers charges
  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.

I've also sent you a PM to confirm some other details

Line test is passing but I can see that your speed has dropped and your connection appears to have been dropping too. Is your router currently connected to your Test socket, if you have one?

Thanks for response. Minimum quaranteed speed is 14.9. I am onFibre 35

@Emik1, what package are you on?

 

What are your normal expected speeds, and what does Service Centre say is the minimum guaranteed speed for your particular line?

 

You also need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Staff will be back on here after the weekend. They respond Monday to Friday.
