Splashtop Business being Blocked

Over the last 3 weeks my Splashtop Business program is being blocked. It has being working fine for the last 18 months and is working perfectly OK on other Internet providers. So it is being blocked by talk talk. Can you help?

Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes please as this will reset the current session.
