I moved house and was disconnected on the 26/11/21 I was supposed to be re connected on 30/11/21 It is now 16/12/21 and I am still not connected. I am being fobbed off every time I ring up. Just about had enough.......

Hi Michelle. I have updated my info. TBH. I have just had enough really. We got SKY glass just before we moved and have now not even been able to watch TV as we have no internet. Every time I speak with somebody on the phone they just fob me off with another connection date. It has been 18 days now since connection should have started...

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is to be provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
