Hello - I have downloaded the Supersafe program (TTOnlineDefenceInstaller.exe) from my email link but when input my TT login details into the Supersafe login I get 'Incorrect login. Please Try again'. I have re-downloaded and re-tried several times with the same result. I can login to my TT account fine. It appears that my TT login details have not been transferred over to F-secure. Can anyone assist?

Hi clementwijetunge, my guess is that you probably changed your MyAccount login email address at some point. I can help you get this sorted by changing the email address to suit what you're currently using or a new preferred option. I've sent you a personal message to obtain more information.
