Talk Talk Modem Not Working

My Internet went down yesterday evening and stayed down this morning. All the lights on the Talk Talk Modem were green. However, when trying to connect to the Internet, there was an error message: "Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration".

 

I tried two desktops, a laptop and phone but all failed to connect to the Internet. Resetting the modem also had no effect. I have used a spare TP-Link modem and this is working fine. As my current Talk Talk modem appears to be faulty, can you let me know the process for getting a replacement modem?
