I have had terrible broad band since mid Feb,. speeds as low as 100KB yes 0.1MB.
I have had an active complaint open since March.
last week Talk talk resolved the issue, by "playing in the background" and I got 30MB
This afternoon they closed the complaint as it was "resolved"
This evening I am back to single digit down load speeds!

You didn't get back to them to follow up, and without your completed profile details they can't help you.
