Dear TalkTalk,
As I have cancelled my TalkTalk service, please may you assist me by sending a returns bag for my TalkTalk broadband router and my Youview box; I have asked via live chat twice in the over a month since I cancelled the service, and despite being told that a package had been send off for, nothing has materialised. Please advise- forty days is an incredibly long time for such a base request to be fulfilled. Regards.
