Hello.  I have been trying to run the TalkTalk Broadband Speed test for several weeks.  I just get the following message: 

"We’ve run into a problem

Sorry, we’re working hard to resolve this issue.

Please try again later."

 Is it just me?

My internet speed check is averaging 7MB Alexa keeps cutting out my son's Xbox keeps losing signal kicking him out of games if we watch netflix it's always buffering the Alexa is 4 meters and the Xbox has a infinite cable running to it

@steven25, you need to return to the message board and click on start a topic as staff deal with each customer's specific issue in separate threads.

been getting the same message ever since TT upgraded me to fibre  - never get near the guaranteed minimum on an online speedtest.

Supposed to be getting 77mbps tonight was getting 35

If your speeds are slower than the guaranteed minimum for your line then give us a bit more information and the support team will be happy to look into this for you.

Thank you very much - that works. (Given the shockingly slow speeds from TalkTalk no wonder the one on their website doesn't funtion!)
