Hello, I have been trying to get my internet fixed for almost 2 weeks now and have been met with useless replies and bots. I was told there's an issue with my internet router so I was sent an Eero hub which does not even provide internet. I was told to plug this into a supposed broken router which makes no sense.
I paid a private engineer from my own pocket and was told that everything is working fine and it appears that TalkTalk have limited my access and cut my wifi off. I have not missed a single payment and suspect they have mixed my property up with another. This has happened before which is shocking. This needs to be fixed URGENTLY. I have never dealt with such a useless company.

Forum staff are unlikely to pick this up before Monday now, but if you complete your community forum profile details they will be able to find your account and offer further support after the weekend. You need to go via your avatar, settings....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
