Good evening, I entered my password (automatically saved on phone) which talktalk said was wrong, then locked me out of my account.
I have had ongoing issues with talktalk for a month now, having been told my issue was resolved every time, only to find it hasn't even changed. I'm growing sick of talktalk now. I've gone from speeds of 32mbs to 8mbps and told everything is working fine.
Not only that I can't even raise a case because the previous case is preventing that, even though its "resolved".
I've been called a valuable customer so many times, yet this script talktalk give their agents is just a lie. They appear to only value that direct debit that comes from my account.
