I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday on the help line who was supposed to send a message to my mobile phone with a link to order a new router this was to replace my faulty 8 year old talk talk router. I still have not received any messages and am unable to use the live chat due to no WiFi . I am currently on the fibre 65 plan

If you can post on here you should be able to use live chat.
When you say "no Wifi" do you mean just that, or is your router not connecting to the internet at all?
