Manchester area too for me. My phone line working ok just the router not connecting. I’ve done a line test, the result was ‘ we’ve run into a problem. Sorry we are working hard to resolve this issue’.

I have been the same for the last two ours - located in Manchester!  

Rebooted router several times now and still orange light on my router.

Same boat for over 2 hours. Possibly weather related or probably TalkTalk issues!
