Problem with Broadband Connection

Our TalkTalk Broadband Internet is not working. We have a Sagemcom CS 50001 router, whose LED status light is solid orange. When we restart it, the status LED blinks orange first, then transitions to orange and white blinking light. After a little while, the LED becomes solid orange again. We also tried unplugging for 20 minutes (as suggestd by Talk Talk) but after plugging back we still got the solid orange light. We have tried to reset the router too, but the internet is still not working. Another thing we noticed is that only TALKTALKxxxxxx_EXT SSID is showing on devices but not TALKTALKxxxxxx (without the EXT). When we connect to it, we get "Connected without Internet" message. We cannot access The default gateway for the router (192.168.1.1) either. We have contacted TalkTalk before and we were told the line test was successful and everything appeared to be running smoothly within the network.
Please help!

If you can wait till Monday, forum staff can look into this for you - maybe swap out the router.
Otherwise you need to contact Talktalk directly yourself: phone line 03451 720088 is open till 6pm today, but not tomorrow, @ShakyAfsar.
