I usually set kids safe setting via mobile browser on WiFi. It has been working fine up until last Thursday.
when I had to change setting using mobile data. I can’t access any social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat.
also scams alert and visit alert settings are also not working and restrict me to access some sites. Has anyone faced this issue. Pls help

Can I just check, did you power down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will start a new session?

not the community support but the online agent. I have reached out to customer support team without any help. I am getting no where with this issue.

I tried everything and just tired turning off router for 20mins. Reset it. No change. Have not heard back from customer support yet

Kids safe settings I changed on WiFi. When I had to turn off I used mobile data as I was not home.

Hi @skumar77 what setting did you change, on what, using mobile data?
