TalkTalk is flagging my client's website as unsafe on HomeSafe

I manage a website for one a client, we recently discovered some people were being blocked from seeing the website, Virgin Media and TalkTalk are both blocking it currently. I've found how to log a whitelist request with VM, but can't find who to contact at TalkTalk.

Thanks in advance.

Hi SeabassTCR, what's the website and I'll test it against the system?

Hi SeabassTCR

Unsafe or just categorised incorrectly?

Both eero Secure and KidsSafe, when activated by the customer, can block specific categories that the user has elected not to see. e.g. weapons, drugs, tobacco, adult only, gambling, social media, file sharing. In addition the user can override website blocking by defining a site that they do wish to see.

What's your take? Is the website likely to fall into a defined category that a user may not wish to see?
