Moved Home - Returning Kit

I moved home before TalkTalk could send me the package to return the kit and I don't believe it arrived at the old home.

 

How do I go about getting the package sent to my current address to send it back?

 

I've tried to ring but couldn't get through.

Hi

 

Sorry, the system will not let me send a returns bag as the account is closed. I would advise you just recycle any equipment.

That's done now.

 

I've added my number to "custom_profile_home_number" and added the account number to "custom_alternative_number".

No Problem 🙂

 

Can you add the home phone number or account number to your 'Community Profile' so I can locate your details.

 

Also, just add the house number and postcode to the personsal notes section so I'm sure I'm sending the returns bag to the correct address.
