Just received wifi 6 mesh extender, but it doesn't work. Lights don't appear as per instructions. Have pressed reset and tried again (5 times now) and still no connection. Any ideas?
Have tried chatline but that is a robot that doesn't answer the question - I need a human!

It sounds like you have the V2 Sagemcom FAST 266 WiFi Booster. The instructions supplied with it are incorrect. Please see my sticky on this at the top of the three main boards:-
I am making an assumption here, please can you confirm the make/model of the router that you are using, as the above product is only compatible with the Sagemcom FAST 5364/5464.
