I gave 30 days notice on 22nd August'24, informing I was terminating services as my contract ended on 22nd Sept,24.
However, TalkTalk state my new supplier havent contacted Talk Talk, so effectively I am still being charged for phone line and rental. All emails fron TalkTalk are No Reply and my account doesnt recognise my email address or any passwords inputted. I have paid upto my leaving date of 22nd Sept, but TalkTalk are requesting payment for November and threatening a £12 late payment charge also. How can this be resolved?
