Big Thankyou to Talk Talk customer services. Given great advice and sent a different router which has several Ethernet ports. Yale alarm now working.

Morning,
How are you getting on?
Thanks

The first thing to do with an Eero is check that legacy mode is enabled. To enable legacy mode, in the app, go to:-
Tap Settings on the bottom right of your screen
Now select Troubleshooting
Tap My device won't connect
Then choose My device can't detect Wi-Fi 6
Toggle Legacy Mode on
How is the alarm supposed to connect to your Eero, by manually detecting the network name & entering the password, WPS or via an app? Do you get any error messages when you try to connect to the alarm.

Hi
Do you know if the Yale alarm uses the 2.4Ghz Band or 5Ghz band.
Thanks
Karl.
