Since 3:49am yesterday (6th April) I've been unable to connect to some services. Affected are my work VPN, security cameras and some of the kid's gaming sites. Support doesn't open until 9am and when I spoke to them yesterday they said the service they needed to check was down and to try again later...
If anyone can help then that would be much appreciated.

Apologies for this.
I will need to test a different firmware version. When would be the best time to update your firmware? (the router will need to be left switched on without rebooting whilst I'm updating the FW)
