Hi!
My partner works from home and today our internet connection will not let him access his works VPN. Our phones all work on the WiFi and his work laptop does too. However, when he tries to access his VPN he loads up and then completely shuts down a few seconds after and the internet goes off.
I just wondered if anyone could help as it is month end for him so lots of work to do today but the internet isn’t working for him.
I have been into the online chat and they have moved us onto a stable IP address but this still hadn’t worked.
