VPN GRE not Configured

Hi

From the collection of other posts on this subject, it looks like I need the Firmware in my router updating in order to use the GRE protocol on my VPN connection to the office.

Please can you arrange for this to happen.

P.S. Just out of curiosity, with so many people now working from home, why isn't this enabled by default?

Perfectly OK to upgrade & reboot the router now.

Apologies for this. Will it be ok if I make the change to your firmware now? (we advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted)

 

This is not affecting all connections, it's only certain VPN clients and a specific firmware version.
