VPN no longer working

Hi,
I am no longer able to connect to my work's VPN, other colleagues are not having an issue and other posts here saying that they are experiencing issues with their VPN suggests it is probably a problem with the router...

Hardware version: FAST5364 3.00
Software version: SG4K100136

Any help asap would be deeply appreciated

Hi,

No I did not reboot the router in the last 20 minutes, currently can't access the internet on the router and can't see the admin page on 192.168.1.1

I've tried to update the router but this hasn't been successful. Can I just confirm, have you rebooted the router in the last 20 minutes?

I will need to make a change to your router firmware. Will it be ok if I do this this morning?

 

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
