I am no longer able to connect to my work's VPN, other colleagues are not having an issue and other posts here saying that they are experiencing issues with their VPN suggests it is probably a problem with the router...

Any help asap would be deeply appreciated

I will need to make a change to your router firmware. Will it be ok if I do this this morning?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.

Can I just check, have you added the correct landline number to your Community Profile? (please don't post the number on this thread)
