VPN not connecting -contacting back office based on customer service recommendation

Hello,

 

my network is not able to connect to VPN, I have tried different internet connections and providers where everything works without problem. I have contacted customer service of TalkTalk, which has told me to post this into the community so it can reach their back-office who can possibly solve this for me as they were not able to. They said it may be some ports which need to be set up and only back-office can do that as they have a full access on the network. I was told to write here that the customer service already turned off the security which blocks port however the issue of connecting to VPN still persists.

 

Could please someone help and fix this?
