Working fine yesterday when working from home, tried to connect to work today and get the message Error 619 : A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.
Another message says This is not configured to allow GRE protocol packets contact your internet provider
Has there been an update or change overnight? if so can you please revert it back to how it was before so I can work.
UPDATE : I have just spoken to my IT department and they have said that you need to enable PPTP pass through and enable IPSEC pass through and said to tell you that I have the sagecom branded router.
