VPN stopped working

My work VPN has stopped working from yesterday. Tried again this morning and still not working. Spoke to my work I.T who have said that it is an talktalk issue. There have been other people in my work having the same problem who are with talktalk. These needs resolving ASAP.

I also have a similar problem, but my posts on the topic seem to disappear... or may be just I can't seem to find them again after posting!

I noticed my VPN not working yesterday morning.  Hope you can help me too!  Thanks!

Hi Jennifer

 

Thank you. I will need to make a change to your firmware, when would be the best time to do this?

 

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes.

I have now added my landline to my account. Can this be looked into please as need my VPN working.
