Very poor broadband speeds since moving to Fiber 65 package on 8th June 2023

TalkTalk claim that new package Fiber 65  "with average download speeds of 67Mb/s"

Since moving to Fiber 65, the download speed has been as low as 9 Mb/s, and the upload speed has been as low as 3 Mb/s, on my laptop.

However, at the same time, on another laptop, it's been download 46 Mb/s with upload 11 Mb/s - then later on this same laptop, it's gone down to download 5 Mb/s with upload 11 Mb/s

All very inconsistent & not at all stable - and definitely not achieving advertised 67 Mb/s!

Anyone else having trouble with Fiber 65?
