Hi,
Does anyone know how to reinstall the shortcut to my talktalk webmail e-mails on my (Android) laptop because TalkTalk technical can't!
It was there up until 3 days ago, now it's disappeared
Any info. appreciated.

The icon / app install information for an Android 'phone is almost identical to that for an Android laptop. Not surprising really as both types of device are powered by Android!
For Android using Chrome
- Login to TalkTalk Mail
- Tap the 3 dots top right
- Select Install App
- Then Install
- This will create an icon on your screen

Hi @alib1
On your Android laptop
- Open the Chrome browser
- Navigate to the TalkTalk Mail sign in screen https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite that you'll want to pin to your home screen
- Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen
- Enter TalkTalk Mail as the name for the pinned shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen
Let me know if you need further guidance.

I've never heard of a laptop running with an Android system. Usually it's a Windows system, or an Apple Mac system.
