White light showing but no internet for almost 2 days

Hi, my internet went off the other evening and it's been off and on ever since. I've shut the router down for 20 mins but it's still intermittent, however the white light remains on the router at all times? The connection tracker on my home page says TalkTalk are aware of a problem with some devices and they are working at a fix but since this morning it's still happening??
