Fibre Upgrade Appointment Failure

Hello,
I was due to have my fibre installation on Friday but the installer called and advised his previous job overran so he wouldn't make it but I have received some messages advising me that they actually arrived at 17.50 (they didn't).
How do I go about rebooking this please?
