My internet keeps going off and then I have to turn router off and back on for it to work again annoying anyone had the same problem?

Morning,
Our engineers have now identified the potential issue and have advised - Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

No answer for why it’s doing it I have done everything but nothing worked so they sent me a new router box as mine is quite old anyway

Once the replacement router has been ordered it usually arrives within 48hrs so I'd expect it to arrive tomorrow.
