I have no internet connection and for the past two days have been trying to contact this company to try to resolve the issue.
I am not registered so am unable to log in. When trying to register they dont even recognise my account number even though I have been a customer for the past 3 years at least and they are happy to take a DD every month.
Any ideas of how I can proceed?
