Hello,
I recently received a new router the TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2. Its using hardware version FAST5464 2.00 and software version SG4K100206.
I have noticed some issues around Wi-Fi calling. Either people get cut off, I can't initiate a call or I sound robotic.
I wanted to check if I am running the latest software or if there are any known issues and therefore can I get a software update>
Thanks
Alan

Hello Michelle
Initially it still did not work after trying flight mode on/off, however, in the last couple of days it seems to have resolved itself.
Thanks for your help!
Best Regards
Alan

Hi Alan
Thanks for your reply. This is the latest firmware version.
Could you toggle to flight mode on your mobile device and then try WIFI calling again please?

Hi Alan,
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- Telephone number or Account number
- Alternative contact number
We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
Michelle
