My WiFi Hub is no longer providing an internet connection. I have tried turning off, leaving it , then turning it on but all that happens is that it flashes orange, then flashes white and orange, then flashes white and finally settles on static orange, still with no internet. I have checked all the connections and have also used the re set facility, but nothing works. I have plugged in an old router to check our internet connection and that works fine (hence how I am able to get online as we have no mobile reception where we live and rely on WiFi for our calls and texts), so the fault is clearly with the WiFi Hub. Please can you advise on what to do next or send a replacement router as you had to do in June 2021 when the previous WiFi Hub stopped working. Thank you. Sue.

Hi @SusanHF,
If you have tried a factory reset (by holding in the reset switch on the back for over 10 seconds), and that has still not helped, then it is likely the router has developed a fault.
The TalkTalk Support Team on this community will be able to help, they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
