Our sagemcom router keeps changing the WiFi channel to 1 even when we manually override it. On channel 1 we get a very patchy connection upstairs, but 6 is much better. We change it to 6 but a few hours later it has changed itself back to 1 and the connection is dropping out. Can the auto optimisation on our line be switched off to prevent this from happening? Thanks

The staff here will be able to switch off the Wi-Fi Optimisation for you when they return tomorrow.
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk staff on this community can see your profile details).
