My router has been flashing orange and my WiFi not working for over 24 hours now.
When I ran the tests I was told a case had been raised and to expect a response within 5 minutes and I have heard nothing still.
there is no explanation for the issue, no acknowledgement of any issue in London area and it is impossible to reach customer service. Please can someone help?!

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential fault towards the property. Does your main socket have a test socket please? Is the voice service also affected? (no dial tone)
