WiFi not working

Message 12 of 12
Wifi is not working and it failed to reset after switching it off overnight.
I am doing online-learning and need a reliable broadband connection.
Furthermore, I'm not sure how old my router is, and if I need a new one.

Hi TeresaM19
Thanks for confirming this.
I have escalated this fault over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer (externally)
I will continue to monitor for updates from Openreach and I will post back on this thread.
Thanks again.

Hi TeresaM19
Where do you normally connect the router? At the master socket or at an extension socket?

Hi TeresaM19
I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which has detected a potential fault. Is the router connected at the test socket at the moment?
