I logged in router admin and disable the wifi using the mobile phone. However, now I can't access the router login page as it's not loading. I am not sure if it is due to using mobile network. I have also tried to login through my laptop by using mobile hotspot and this didn't work either.

Hi   @IqraBashir you need to be on the same network to access your router. If you can connect your laptop or computer by ethernet you should be able to do it that way.

If not I would reset the router, the downside to this would be any personalised setting in WiFi will revert to those on the back of the router.

If you have disabled WiFi then of course you can't access the router that way. You will need to connect by ethernet to the router in order to enable it again.
