When you say the WiFi keeps going down, is this really the WiFi, or is it the internet? Which make/model of router do you have & what is the status of the light(s) on the front when it does this?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
