A recent support chat concluded my router was faulty, and the support agent ordered a new router for me. He told me I would receive a return bag for the faulty router, and I would be charged £50 if I failed to return it.
I have received the new router, which is now installed and working. But where is the return bag for the faulty one?

Sometimes customers get a returns bag with the new router, sometimes not, it does seem rather random. As you haven't got one the support team here can arrange it for you, wait for them to respond.
