We notified TalkTalk 3 weeks in advance of our move on 15th December. We've been living here 2 and a half weeks and our service still hasn't been activated.  Our router is live and the feed to the house is live. We aren't able to make phonecalls on the home phone though. The router shows on WiFi options but when clicking the notification asking us to sign in we get "You do not have permission to view this directory or page.". TalkTalk have been telling us that they'll do something but the most recent customer service agent told us nothing had been escalated so far and that all we had achieved was a complaint. We're now waiting on an engineer to call us but it's been more than 48 hours which is the timeframe they gave. I work from home so am desperate to get the WiFi running. Any ideas?

I am afraid that you need to try to reach Chat - should be able to to reach them on mobile data:
