Since yesterday as soon as I turn on computer and go to email I continualy get this page is not responding message and I can't get any further.

sorry I didn't answer your question I have done all the checks I rebooted a few times and turned of the router but its not the router as it works on my sons laptop upstairs.

I don't have a laptop I have a desktop, if I go on to my favorites page and press on talktalk/broadband fibre,tv and calls it works it never used to say new.talktalk.co.uk something has changed on my computer

Have you tried rebooting your laptop? If not then can you try this

my sons laptop upstairs is working fine. but I keep getting page not respond ing continually and in the address bar at the top of the page new.talktalk.co.uk it just started to say that and saying technical-error.I s poke to someone on chat yesterday but gave up.
