hello, i received a final demand notice when i was told by multiple agents that all fees would be waived back in november. please help as i cannot afford this. thanks.

Hi CARYSCASTRO

 

The notes on your account advise there will be no cancellation fee (which was waived), but there is still an outstanding balance including a engineer charge which is what the final demand is for.
