 I was supposed to be having a line installed today. I already have a line supplied by BT, which I am keeping. This was an additional line. However, when the engineer arrived he realised there was nowhere he could take supply from on the street. The pole nearest my home is full and my existing supply line is connected by cable to a pole much further up the street. I was advised Openreach would have to come out to fit more cable for another line. If anyone knows anything about this please advise what normally happens and how quickly. I do need this line urgently. thanks in advance

I have escalated this over to our Order Management Team and I have asked for them to contact you to provide an update on when the Openreach engineer can complete the work for the installation.
