I nternet down since 31/12

Line checked,told everything OK,but it isnt!

Done the trouble shooting,no joy.

cannot get response from "live chat"

Anyone out there that can get me to them please?

I'm sorry to hear this. I can see that there is currently an incident raised for this. I will check again later on this afternoon to see if there are any additional updates on this fault.

From the later thread that you created, it is obvious that you have an authentication issue, only TalkTalk can rectify this. Please either wait for the TalkTalk support staff on here who will be back tomorrow or contact the service centre.
