Hi
I have had a problem for a long time and I have been contacting you about this issue via the talk talk website and I have been communicating on the chat about this issue but nothing positive has come of it I will say briefly, almost everything was done, there was an engineer who stated that there is no big problem, the internet comes to the house, but it is not known why the router does not distribute it it's probably a problem with the router because I have to restart it every now and then to get Wi-Fi and it happens every now and then so now what steps should I take to have normal internet because I feel like in the Middle Ages where there is internet but there is none so what should I do now maybe replace the router or I don't know please help and answer

Hi @Kosatka
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.
Thanks
Debbie

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
