router disconnecting

Hi,

I have recently had trouble with my router and youview box both disconnecting.

my son has told me they are likely quite old and might need replacing and the only way he could find to request new boxes is on here.

would it be possible to arrange this please?

Can I just check, which router do you currently have? (make and model)

The YouView box is no longer supported and therefore cannot be replaced. What make/model of router do you have?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
