@cv358nb ,

Are you saying that you know for a fact that your router is at fault? Have you tried a different one? Have you considered that there may be an issue with the line affecting your service?

In any case, staff on here will be happy to look into it for you but you do need to update your details as others have previously advised otherwise they won't know who you are.
