i am having problems getting messages you are offline i have to go botom right and turn on wl-fi and re connect,i f i change to another programme it happens again you are offline and i have to click on wi-fi again to re connect the white light on my router stays white,it seems help is structred to stop us getting in contact,please advise

Or if you wish to wait and have staff here look into your issue, please expand upon your issue by confirming the device you are having issues with, if other devices are connecting to WiFi ok, and how you get your emails, i.e. via the web or a third party client like outlook or thunderbird (I've assumed getting messages is related to email, but if error messages are there any codes or diagnostics recommended and you have followed)
